Sifu Parichard Holm





Parichard Holm wurde in Thailand geboren, wuchs in Deutschland auf und begann mit vier Jahren Ballettunterricht  zu nehmen und Modern Dance über vierzehn Jahre lang. Nachdem sie ihr Diplom in Schmuckdesign erhielt, fokusierte sie sich auf die Philosophie des Taoismus und fing an 1995 Qigong zu studieren.
In 1996 zertifizierte sie sich als Leiterin der 18 Bewegungen des Tai Chi Qigong war später qualifiziert von Meister Lee die 24 Peking Form, Yang Stil, in Berlin zu unterrichten.
In 1999 begann sie mit Grossmeister William C.C. Chen (New York City) Tai Chi Chuan- Yang Stil zu praktisieren und wurde eine zertifizierte Lehrerin “Sifu” in Tai Chi Chuan “Body Mechanik” in 2000 in Deutschland und später in 2004 in den USA.
Sie vertiefte Ihr Wissen in Tai Chi Chuan und Pushing Hands (Toui-Shou) mit  Meister Rosa Chen (Taipei), Luis Molera (Deutschland), Nils Klug (Deutschland), Nathan Managed (USA), Dr. Ping-Siang Tao (Taipei), Benjamin Lo (USA) und Maggie Newman (USA). Ihre Lehrer in Qigong and Wai Tan Kung waren Peter Weinrich und Meister Hong Thay Lee (Deutschland) and Meister Mantak Chia (Thailand). 
Sie studierte Pushing Hands - Wu Style mit Meister Yuanhua Yan, Los Angeles. Ihr Hauptlehrer ist Grandmaster William C.C.Chen.

Sifu Holm unterrichtete Tai Chi Chuan und Qigong seit 1996 in Sportstudios, Universitäten, medizinischen Erholungs- und Fitnessszentren sowohl auch in privaten Unternehmen in Berlin, Deutschland (1996- 2002) und Los Angeles (2002- 2010). Sie unterrichtete Tai Chi und Qigong für ein Jahr für die “Yoga Gallery” in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Seit Anfang 2012 lebt Sifu Baritschat Holm in Berlin- Schöneberg, Deutschland.

Sifu Holm ist zertifiziert um die 60 and 128 Bewegungen der Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan Form und ihre Anwendungen als Selbstverteidigung zu unterrichten, sowie auch die Schwertform, Formverfeinerung und Pushing Hands. Sie ist zusätzlich  authorisiert um Lehrer in Grandmaster William C.C.Chens Yang Stiel, 60 Bewegungen, auszubilden.
Sifu Holms Qualifikationen in Qigong ermächtigt sie die 18 Bewegungen des Tai Chi Qigong und Wai Tan Kung zu unterrichten, sowohl unterrichtet sie Dao-Yin und  die Acht Taoistischen Schätze, Kosmische Heilung. Als Praktizierende des Taos erhielt sie einen Abschluss in Feng Shui and Chinesische  Astrologie (2001-2004) und studiert zur Zeit die Grundkenntnisse der Chinesischen Medizin. Sie ist zertifizierte Leiterin für Tai Chi für Arthrose Stufe I & Stufe II, Sun Stil, von Dr. Paul Lam und zertifiziert von der Arthritis Foundation US seit 2011.

Sifu Holm ist Praktizierende des Tibetischen Bön Buddhismus. Ihr Lehrer Geshe Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche hat einen erheblichen starken Einfluss, die Meditation als Grundessenz bewusst in all Ihren Lehren miteinfliessen zu lassen. Ihr persönlicher Weg ist die Selbsterkenntnis im Herzen zu Hause zu sein, im “Jetzt” und “Hier”.

Parichard Holm, US born in Thailand, grew up in Germany and started ballet dancing when she was 4 years old and Modern Dance over fourteen years. After she received her B.A. in Jewelery Design she focused on the philosophy of Taoism and began studying the movement of Qigong in 1995.    
                                                       


In 1996 she became a certificated instructor of 18 Movements of Tai Chi Qigong and was later qualified by Master Lee to teach in Berlin the 24 Peking form, Yang Style. 
In 1999 she began practicing Grandmaster William C. C. Chen's (New York City) Tai Chi Chuan-Yang Style and has become a certified teacher "Sifu" in Tai Chi Chuan “Body Mechanics” in 2001 in Germany, and in 2004 in the US.

She has deepened her knowledge of Tai Chi Chuan and Pushing Hands (Toui-Shou) working with Master Rosa Chen (Taipei), Luis Molera (Germany),  Nils Klug (Germany), Nathan Managed (USA), Dr. Ping-Siang Tao (Taipei), Benjamin Lo (USA) and Maggie Newman (USA). Her teachers in Qigong and Wai Tan Kung were Peter Weinrich and Master Hong Thay Lee (Germany) and Master Mantak Chia (Thailand). 
She studied Pushing Hands - Wu Style with Master Yuanhua Yan, Los Angeles. Her principal teacher is Grandmaster William C.C.Chen.

Sifu Holm taught Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong classes since 1996 at sports studios, universities, medical rehabilitation and fitness centers as well as private corporations in Berlin Germany (1996 - 2002) and Los Angeles (2002- 2010).  She taught Tai Chi and Qigong for a year at "The Yoga Gallery" in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Since the beginning of 2012 Sifu Baritschat Holm has been living in Berlin-Schöneberg, Germany.

Sifu Holm has been certified to teach the 60 and 128 movement Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan forms and their self-defense applications, as well as sword form, form refinement, and Pushing Hands. She is also authorized to train Tai Chi teacher in Grandmaster William C.C.Chen's Yang Style, 60 movements.
Sifu Holm’s qualifications in Qigong empower her to teach the 18 Movements of Tai Chi Qigong, Wai Tan Kung. As well, she teaches Dao-Yin, and Taoist Eight Treasures, Cosmic Healing. As a practitioner of the Tao, she holds a degree in Feng Shui and Chinese Astrology (2001-2004) and she is currently studying elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is a certified instructor for Tai Chi for Arthritis Level I & Level II, Sun Style, by Dr. Paul Lam and certified by the Arthritis Foundation US since 2011.

Sifu Holm is a practitioner of Tibetan Bon Buddhism. Her teacher Geshe Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche has a strong significant influence 
to incorporate meditation as a basic essence in all her teachings.

Grandmaster William C.C.Chen started teaching in the 1950’s when he was a live- in student of the famous Great-Grandmaster Cheng Man-Ching who preferred to be called Professor Cheng. He was involved competitively in the various free-style, Chinese Wushu. In 1958, he won the second place in the Taiwan national Olympic Competition. Master Chen is considered one of the world’s leading martial arts technicians. Inside Kung Fu Magazine recognized Master Chen as one of the Top most influential Chinese Martial Artists; because he has shown the world that the principles of Tai Chi Chuan can be used as an effective fighting art. His school is based in New York City.
